Vendor Agreement – PGB MultiStore

By registering as a vendor on PGB MultiStore, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Vendors are fully responsible for the quality, pricing, and authenticity of their products.
  2. Vendors must ensure that all products comply with Indian laws and regulations.
  3. Vendors are responsible for packaging, billing, delivery, and customer service.
  4. PGB MultiStore acts only as a technology platform connecting buyers and sellers and does not take responsibility for product quality or vendor actions.
  5. Vendors must provide accurate business information including shop name, address, and identity verification.
  6. Vendors agree to pay the platform commission applicable on each order.
  7. PGB MultiStore reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts if policies are violated.
  8. Vendors must not sell illegal, counterfeit, or restricted products.

By registering on this platform, you agree to follow all platform rules and policies.
